Sour chicken is a food from the north of Iran and is produced in different ways by Gilani and Mazandaran. Depending on your taste, you can choose one of these types. In this article (How to Make Sour Chicken), one of the easy ways to cook and ultimately a delicious stew will be presented.

ingredients   

  •     Chicken Breast: Three to seven
  •     Pomegranate juice: a glass
  •     Tomato paste: two tablespoons
  •     Garlic Berries: Three to four
  •     Salt, black pepper, thyme, seasoning: as needed

Recipe

  1.     Slice the chicken breast first, pour the grated garlic over it and sauté on the flame, with a little oil and moderate heat.
  2.     After the chicken breasts are well browned with garlic, add the spices and saute well in the meat. At this point, add the tomato paste and saute.
  3.     Add about one to two glasses of hot water to the boiling material and allow the ingredients to cook over medium heat.
  4.     In the midst of seeing the chicken, add a glass of pomegranate juice until it is fully incorporated into the chicken texture.
  5.     When the chickens are fully cooked, remove them from the sour chicken and fry them separately.
  6.     You can also fry potatoes along with chicken and serve this dish along with salads.
